1. Assumption of Risk: By participating in our rides, you acknowledge and accept that motorcycling inherently involves risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks, and you agree that USARiding.com, its founder, organizers, and members shall not be held liable for any harm, injury, or loss incurred during or as a result of our rides.
2. Motorcycle Insurance: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid motorcycle insurance as required by law. USARiding.com does not provide insurance coverage for riders, and you are solely responsible for any claims related to accidents or damages involving your motorcycle.
3. Towing Services Insurance: We strongly recommend that you have towing services insurance, including recovery coverage, in case your motorcycle encounters difficulties or falls into a ditch during a ride. USARiding.com is not responsible for any towing or recovery costs.
4. Free of Charge: All our rides are offered free of charge, and there are no fees or charges associated with participation. Riders attend voluntarily, and there is no obligation to participate in any ride. If you choose to join a ride, it is of your own free will.
5. Acknowledgment: By participating in USARiding.com events, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this policy and liability waiver. You further acknowledge that you participate voluntarily, and you release USARiding.com, its founder, organizers, and members from any liability, claims, or actions arising from your participation in our rides.
